You can also substitute an attendee without being charged any penalty or postpone the scheduled date without having to pay any extra fee.
CPD Wallet Credits: Credits loaded onto a user’s profile are only valid until the end of the CPD cycle in which the CPD bundle was purchased. No unused credits will be transferred to the next cycle.

Online Access Duration: You have access to your online course for 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration, you will need to repurchase the course. If you require longer access due to unforeseen circumstances, please submit your request in writing to [email protected].
RE Membership and Reparticipation Policy: If you enroll in an RE Prep Program, you are automatically granted 12 months of RE Membership. This entitles you to discounts and reparticipation rights. You can purchase an extension of membership if needed. As an RE Member, you can re-participate in a virtual class free of charge. However, re-participation in a physical class carries a venue fee.
