Overview
This short course outlines the Amended Codes of Good Practise on the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Financial Services Sector Code effective from 1 December 2017, in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, (Act No. 53 of 2003) as amended by the B -BBEE Act 46 of 2013. It also addresses the inherent implications for the Financial Industry as well as its clients.
